SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Advantage Rent-A-Car is partnering with Olympic gold medalist swimmer Josh Davis to bolster employee training on teamwork and discipline.

Like Advantage, Davis is a native of San Antonio, Texas. In addition to his training duties with Advantage, Davis will serve as an internal spokesperson and make appearances at store grand openings and customer-appreciation day events.

"Advantage and Josh just form a perfect fit," said Traci L. Esch, director of marketing operations for Advantage.

"We are excited that Josh has chosen to be a part of our company's growth," Esch added.
