Las Vegas Budget Franchisee Mallo Dies

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Lawrence Anthony Mallo, co-owner of the Budget franchise in Las Vegas, died May 6 after a long battle with brain cancer.

Mallo had also been co-owner of the Budget franchise in Columbus, Ohio, before Cendant Car Rental Group purchased it last year.

Mallo, 60, was business partners with his brother John Mallo.
