Priceline Adds Canadian Car Rental

NORWALK, Conn. --– Priceline.com has expanded its Name Your Own Price car rental service to all major airport locations across Canada. As a result, Priceline.com customers in the U.S. can now rent cars in Calgary, Charlottetown, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, St. John, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria and Winnipeg.

Customers of the service choose the car type, dates, locations, pickup/drop-off times and price they want to pay. Priceline.com then works to find a major rental car company willing to meet the customer's price. Customers find out the specific brand after completing the purchase. Changes to the rental purchased aren't permitted.

Priceline.com offers Name Your Own Price rental cars in more than 222 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Priceline.com also owns and operates the RentalCars.com and BreezeNet.com Web sites that sell published-price rental cars in the U.S. and in more than 52 other countries.
