Tenneco Exec to Succeed Koch at Hertz

Mark Frissora, chief executive and president of auto parts supplier Tenneco Inc., will resign to become CEO of Hertz Corp., Reuters reports.

Frissora succeeds Craig Koch, who will remain with Hertz as chairman of the board of directors. Koch announced plans to step down as CEO in November, according to Reuters.

Frissora leaves Tenneco on July 19.
