In a news item posted on December 6, 2006 ("Vanguard Introduces Check-In Kiosks at Alamo, National Locations"), Auto Rental News incorrectly reported the number of National and Alamo locations in the U.S.

Vanguard Car Rental, the parent company of National and Alamo, has a combined total of 623 U.S. locations. The figure has been corrected in the news item.
