Advantage Rent A Car Announces Departure Of Marketing Executive

Advantage Rent A Car announces the departure of J. Monte Ramey, Director of Sales and Marketing. Ramey is leaving the company January 31, 2007 to pursue other business interests.

During Ramey's tenure, he was instrumental in changing the visibility of the company by forming online partnerships with Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Cheaptickets, Priceline, Continental and Southwest Airlines.

Assuming the functions of the departing Ramey will be Bob Dimmick, Executive Vice President Marketing. Dimmick, who joined the Advantage team earlier in 2006, has deep experience in the marketing and sales field and plans for continued development of both traditional and online mediums.
