VLM Airlines, CarTrawler to Partner

VLM Airlines and CarTrawler, a car rental distribution system, have signed a three-year agreement enabling the European airline to offer a packaged and standalone car rental offering for visitors to flyvlm.com.

Under the agreement VLM Airlines will use the CarTrawler distribution system to retrieve real-time inventory and pricing from major car hire suppliers in over 134 countries worldwide including all destinations serviced by VLM Airlines.

In turn, the CarTrawler technology provides the airline a real-time feed directly into the inventories of the top car rental companies. The new system runs alongside the airline’s existing SITA supplied E-Commerce Platform.
