Hertz Rent-A-Car is looking to consolidate its two locations at its Johnstown, Pa. airport site, The Tribune-Democrat reports.

Jolene Wesner, regional manager for Johnstown Rental and Leasing Co., said the company would like to build a car-washing facility and expand offices on the airport property to consolidate its operation.

Authority Chairman Raymond Porsch suggested property across Airport Road from the main terminal could be an ideal wash bay location. Leasing the property to the rental company for construction would be the quickest solution, he said. Office space could be made available inside the terminal building.

According to The Tribune-Democrat, Johnstown Rental would move all four full-time workers in downtown Johnstown to the airport and require about 10 more parking spaces, Wesner said. Those spaces could be located away from the terminal.
