Hertz Manages Employee Lifecycles With Peopleclick Authoria Solutions

The Hertz Corporation has selected Peopleclick Authoria's talent management solutions to improve its workforce, increase individual and organizational performance, develop a strong leadership pipeline and offer an incentive compensation strategy for every employee.

In the coming months, Hertz will implement the Peopleclick Authoria Performance, Peopleclick Authoria Compensation and Peopleclick Authoria Development & Succession solutions.

Ranked as the world's largest general-use airport car rental brand, Hertz serves its customers from approximately 8,200 locations in 146 countries.
