Avis Rent A Car, the exclusive car rental provider to the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) for nearly 15 years, has been recognized by the Canada-based nonprofit organization for supplier excellence.

"Avis has provided outstanding service to CBA members and has consistently fulfilled the needs of the CBA," said John Hoyles, CEO of the Canadian Bar Association, in a press release. "It is a pleasure to work with the Avis team, and we are honored to recognize them as an unwavering partner."

"Providing customers with quality products and a superior rental experience is our top priority," said Stephen Wright, vice president of global travel and partnership for Avis Budget Group, parent company of Avis. "We thank the Canadian Bar Association for their continued loyalty and for this distinguished honor, and look forward to fulfilling their car rental needs for years to come."

Avis is committed to enhancing the rental experience for its customers by offering time-saving solutions that make travel easier, such as Avis Preferred, the company's counter-bypass program, and the Avis iPhone mobile application that allows travelers to make, check or change reservations from anywhere.

In addition, Avis utilizes feedback systems such as Voice-of-the-Customer surveys that are aggregated and delivered to field location managers in real-time to enable immediate response to customer suggestions. This customer feedback led the company to become the first in the industry to offer a 100 percent smoke-free fleet.

The CBA is dedicated to supporting the rule of law, protecting the core values of the legal profession and improving the administration of justice, in Canada and around the world. The CBA's leadership role also serves the business interests of lawyers through the delivery of accredited professional development programs, and through its ability to advocate on the behalf of the legal profession. Approximately 38,000 lawyers, law teachers and law students from across Canada are members.
