Hertz Global Holdings Inc. announced Feb. 19 plans to hold a conference call to discuss its 2012 fourth quarter and full-year earnings results.

The call will be held on Monday, Feb. 25 at 10 a.m. (Eastern time) and will remain available for audio replay one hour following the conclusion of the call until March 11th. A press release detailing the company's financial results will be issued before market open that same morning.
