I do not understand how this platform can be successful. They do not respond to email questions, they ignore customer concerns and they really don't provide any other service than comparing prices with other car rental agencies, which one can easily get through Europcar, which provides much better service without taking deposits that are never applied to the car rental and then ignoring customers' queries.

When you book through Booking Group be sure you find out what the taxes and extra charges are BEFORE you book, because these charges are tacked on later.
