Hertz Renews Title Sponsorship of the British Grand Prix MotoGP

The Hertz Corp. and Dorna Sports have announced that Hertz is once again the title sponsor of the 2013 British MotoGP. The British edition of the motorcycle racing world championship will be held at the U.K.’s Silverstone race circuit from Aug. 30 to Sept. 1.

Michel Taride, group president of Hertz International, said: "The whole team is very excited to play a role in staging the Hertz British Grand Prix again this year. Our ongoing partnership with Dorna Sports and MotoGP provides us an excellent opportunity to associate our fastest, easiest and most valued car rental brand values with the adrenalin fuelled action and excitement of the world-renowned racing event."

As title sponsor of the British MotoGP, Hertz will benefit from media exposure through branding opportunities at the circuit, including at the trackside, bridge, starting point and winners' podium backdrops.

The MotoGP championship is an 18-race series visiting 13 countries across four continents.
