Enterprise Wins 2013 Candidate Experience Award

Enterprise Holdings has been honored for its recruiting practices by the Talent Board — a nonprofit organization focused on the promotion of a positive candidate experience. The 2013 North American Candidate Experience Awards were presented at the 16th Annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition in Las Vegas.

The Candidate Experience Award winners were based on a poll of more than 46,000 job candidates regarding their recruitment experiences at more than 95 organizations nationwide. In total, 64 organizations received the award, and Enterprise was one of only 13 organizations to earn the honor “With Distinction,” based on a number of unique practices, says the company.

“We work hard to ensure that we are approachable and responsive to candidates interested in joining Enterprise, so it’s gratifying to hear from the candidates themselves that our efforts are paying off,” said Marie Artim, vice president of talent acquisition at Enterprise Holdings. “And this focus won’t change as we continue to grow as a company and seek out additional talent in the years ahead.”
