FSNA Announces Director Resignations

Franchise Services of North America Inc. announces that, effective last week, Thomas McNeely and Michael Silverton have resigned as directors of the company due to other commitments.

According to the FSNA website, McNeely has served as a director of FSNA since 2009 and currently holds the position of CEO at Pet Valu Canada Inc.

Silverton has served as a director on the board of certain Macquarie Capital-affiliated companies, according to the FSNA website.
