Hertz Joins Forces with FlightBridge

By joining forces with FlightBridge Inc., Hertz can provide general aviation customers flying to Fixed Based Operations (FBOs) the ability to make car rental reservations when using FlightBridge.

FlightBridge is an online booking, communication and management tool that connects general aviation aircraft operators, FBOs and travel-related services, including vehicle rentals, hotel reservations, catering requests and FBO arrangements.

"Hertz is the preferred rental car company for many of the major private airline operating companies," said Mark P. Frissora, Hertz chairman and chief executive officer. "Travelers using private flight operators appreciate speed and convenience. Through our partnership with FlightBridge, we offer our mutual customers another option to easily reserve Hertz car rentals at any FBO location they choose."

"FlightBridge customers often rent Hertz rental cars at FBO locations," said Dudley King, president of FlightBridge. "Our partnership with Hertz offers our mutual customers a convenient one-stop option to book Hertz car rentals online at nearly 500 FBO locations nationwide."
