Zipcar Opens at St. Louis Airport

Zipcar has expanded its car-share service to the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, according to a report by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Available for rent at Lambert airport’s Avis rental lot, these are the first Zipcar vehicles in the St. Louis region, says the report. The car-sharing vehicles start at $9 per hour, including gas and insurance.

"... its expansion at Lambert is designed for business travelers who need to make a short trip by car or those stuck at the airport for a few hours who want to get around,” Zipcar told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
