Auto Rental News, the authority in the car rental industry for over 25 years, will be hosting the 2014 Auto Rental Summit on Nov. 10-11 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino near Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. This rock ‘n’ roll-themed conference offers two days of training and education designed to elevate your company’s customer service proficiency and enhance car rental operations’ revenue streams.

Interested in speaking at the Auto Rental Summit? The conference planning committee is working on the 2014 agenda and is looking for input and ideas. Interested parties need to submit a topic idea and abstract that could be used as a session at this year's event.

To get started, please submit an unbiased and brand/product neutral session idea that falls within one of the following categories:

  • Ideas to better customer service
  • Employee training and motivation
  • Sales management techniques
  • Car rental market data or metrics-based analyses

Other requirements include an abstract of 100-200 words (including a title of the suggested presentation), a brief biography of the presenter or each panel member (max of 100 words) and presenter(s) contact information.

Please email the session idea and all needed materials to Kaity Couch, conference manager, at [email protected] by Thursday May 1.

Once a session idea is submitted, the applicant will receive an email confirming its receipt. And when the agenda has been finalized, the conference team will send chosen applicants any additional details.

If you have any other questions, please contact Kaity Couch, conference manager, via email at [email protected] or by phone at 310-533-2556.
