Supreme Industries Closes Sale of Shuttle Bus Assets

Supreme Industries Inc., a manufacturer of specialized commercial vehicles including truck bodies and specialty vehicles, has announced the closing of the previously disclosed sale of its shuttle bus assets to Forest River Inc., a manufacturer of RVs, cargo trailers and buses.

A small gain on the sale was anticipated to be recorded in the first quarter period, which ended March 29, according to the company.

Additional information will be available when Supreme Industries discloses its first-quarter financial results.
