Hertz Postpones Q1 Financial Results

Hertz Global Holdings Inc. has announced that it has postponed its planned conference call to discuss its 2014 first quarter earnings results.

Hertz will issue a press release detailing the new date and time of the associated conference call and webcast, says the company.

As part of its first quarter closing procedures, Hertz has determined that additional work is required — primarily related to validating its conclusions regarding the capitalization and timing of depreciation for certain non-fleet expenditures, says the company.
