Budget Car Rental has earned the "Most Satisfied Customers Award" by ratings company Canstar Blue.

According to this car rental customer satisfaction survey in Australia, Budget received the highest ratings in five categories, including overall satisfaction, service, vehicle availability, booking process and cost and fee transparency.

Canstar Blue’s study surveyed 2,500 consumers who have rented a car in Australia in the last 12 months.

"This award is a testament of our strategic focus to 'put the customer first' across all aspects of our business operations — from transparency to service," said Patric Siniscalchi, president, Latin America/Asia-Pacific. "We are thrilled to receive Canstar Blue's distinguished honor and look forward to continuing to serve and satisfy customers in Australia and around the globe."

In Australia, Budget operates more than 190 locations, including Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. For more information, visit www.budget.com.au.
