Schalberg Offers Management Training Workshop
Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions’ “Advanced Management Training Workshop” is designed to help experienced car rental operators increase their profits and number of rental days.
Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions is offering the “Advanced Management Training Workshop” to help experienced car rental operators increase their rental days and improve profits.
“We have many customers who have been in the rental car business for a number of years and are quite profitable,” said Jim Schalberg, owner of Jim Schalberg Auto Rental Solutions. “But they often ask us how they can take current businesses to the next profitable level. To answer that, we created the Advanced Management Workshop.”
The workshop is delivered in two ways. You can attend a one-day workshop at the Auto Rental Solutions training center in Rock Hill, S.C., or complete the workshop as a self-study. Training materials can be delivered by mail, and car rental operators receive 30 days of one-on-one consultation with Jim Schalberg or David Wells, a trainer with Auto Rental Solutions.
“All our workshops offer ways to build up a profitable business,” said Wells. “The Advance Management Workshop covers topics such as setting the correct rate for the neighborhood, proper utilization for increased profitability, fleet charges relative to revenue, fleet insurance and the all-important loss prevention."
Auto Rental Solutions is a resource for independent and small franchise auto rental companies. For more information, visit www.schalberg.com.
