CarTrawler, an online global car rental platform, has reached an agreement to acquire Cabforce, a Finnish-based provider of taxi booking solutions. CarTrawler is backed by funding from BC Partners and Insight Venture Partners.

Founded in 2009 in Helsinki, Finland, Cabforce is available at over 200 locations in 54 different countries and on six continents.
