Conrac Solutions, a provider of rental car facility operations, has named Jolene Culler as its new senior operations manager.

Culler will help increase Conrac Solutions’ service levels to provide the best value to the car rental industry, according to the company. She will work with Anthony Criddle, vice president of operations, to increase site-level effectiveness at all eight operational locations in Alaska, Washington, California, Utah, North Dakota, Texas and Illinois.

Culler will be based at Conrac Solutions’ corporate office in Renton, Was.

“We are looking forward to Jolene’s contributions to the company,” said Desiree Pfeffer, CEO of Conrac Solutions. “Her industry experience makes her an invaluable asset, allowing Conrac Solutions to bring our already strong service offerings to the next level.”

With more than three decades of working for the Port of Seattle in property management and leadership positions, Culler has a background in facility management, lease negotiation, and tenant/landlord account and relationship management.

During this time, she worked on projects with both the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and rental companies. She also played a role in the process of negotiating concession and lease agreements regarding the migration of rental car companies from the SeaTac International Airport to the Seattle conrac facility.

“I am very excited to start a new challenge and work with the talented team at Conrac Solutions,” said Culler. “I look forward to further developing innovative approaches to Conrac Solutions’ DBE outreach program, ensuring optimal site-level operations and growing airport relationships.”
