In Memoriam: Pat Crahan, TRALA Board Member

Pat Crahan, Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA) member and chairman of the Light Truck Rental Council (LTRC), passed away on Dec. 31 after a brief illness. Crahan was 89 years old.

Graves Law Denied Review by U.S. Supreme Court

The law, which was passed in 2005, had been challenged by the Association for the American Justice in September through a petition for review.
