Thrifty Car Rental expanded its Western Australia franchise network with the opening of a branch in Onslow, the company announced Feb. 12. Onslow is Thrifty’s 17th franchise in Western Australia.

The new branch will serve the Pilbara region and will capitalize on Onslow’s proximity to Chevron’s Wheatstone Project, along with the existing gas and minerals production facilities in the area, according to Thrifty.

A full range of fleet options including cars, trucks and buses will be offered onsite, along with windscreen, tire and battery replacement and mechanical servicing.
