Europcar appointed four new members to join its Executive Committee on Feb. 7.

Marcus Bernhardt will serve as the chief commercial officer, a newly created position, to strengthen Europcar's market footprint and extend the group's leadership in alignment with the company’s target model.

Jacques Brun is the new chief transformation officer.

Ken McCall, who previously served as managing director for Europcar, was appointed to the UK general manager position.

The new general manager for Belgium is Didier Fenix.

The other two members already in the Executive Committee are CEO Roland Keppler and Chief Financial Officer Caroline Parot.

“Our new corporate governance is a key milestone in the Europcar group transformation,” Keppler said. “The rationale behind this strategic move is to bring the group closer to the business and the countries and accelerate its transformation agenda.”
