Ghana Ministry of Tourism Pushes for Car Rental Industry Grading System

SpyGhana.com reported April 19 the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts in Ghana is pushing for a grading system for the car rental industry in order to raise standards and promote tourism.

Director Kwabena Asante-Donkor said having a grading system would encourage companies to achieve a high score by providing great customer service.

Additionally, it will serve as a reference point for customers in need of rental services.
