The Shared-Use Mobility Summit will help attendees understand and generate ideas for shared-use mobility in its many forms, including car-sharing, ride-sharing and peer-to-peer car-sharing.

Held at the Hilton San Francisco Financial District on Oct. 10-11, attendees can learn more about whether shared-use operators should be regulated or if vehicle sharing reduces congestion and pollution.

Organizers will host representatives from regulatory and planning agencies, along with allied industries, such as auto insurance companies, vehicle manufacturers and technology providers. The goal is to help shape the agenda for education/outreach, industry-wide collaboration, policy development and future research when it comes to shared-use mobility.
