According to Booking Group, the survey was used to determine the company’s level of customer service by asking “Are you completely satisfied with the quality of booking and rental service received?”
More than 25,000 randomly selected customers from 107 countries — who made car rental reservations through Booking Group from May 1 to Aug. 31 — completed the survey. As a result, 68% of customers confirmed they are completely satisfied with the level of service received, according to the Booking Group.
According to the survey, Booking Group customers prefer these car rental companies: Europcar, Sixt, Auto Europa, Dollar Thrifty, Alamo and Enterprise.
The next customer survey — with about 50,000 people — is planned for December, says Booking Group.
