FSNA’s Chief Financial Officer Resigns

Franchise Services of North America Inc. (FSNA) has announced that David Mitchell has resigned as chief financial officer to pursue other opportunities.

In the meantime, FSNA’s board of directors has named Ashley Chambliss as the interim chief financial officer.

Chambliss has served as FSNA’s controller and the interim chief financial officer. Her appointment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, says FSNA.

FSNA recently sold its Advantage Rent A Car assets to The Catalyst Capital Group Inc.
