FSNA Appoints New Member to Board

Franchise Services of North America Inc. (FSNA) has appointed Steve Brandon of Jackson, Miss., to its board of directors.

For 25 years, Brandon has provided legal representation to managers and individuals in claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other types of business disputes in Mississippi, Tennessee and Alabama. In 2010, Brandon opened his own law practice, where he continues to work with individuals and managers, in the private and public sectors, to address and resolve employment and business issues.

FSNA also announced that Bruce Donaldson recently resigned from the Macquarie Group, but he will remain on the board of directors as an independent director, according to the company.
