A New York rental car customer was arrested on several counts of fraud after renting a car with a forged ID, according to a report by WABC New York.

Carl Black was charged with 28 counts, including criminal possession of a forged instrument, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal impersonation, identity theft and grand larceny. He was arrested by Port Authority Police on Oct. 8, according to the report.

On Sept. 15, the suspect rented a Dodge Charger from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at John F. Kennedy International Airport with forged identification and a fraudulent credit card, police told WABC. The car was never returned.

The car was found parked near the suspect’s home. When it was returned to Enterprise and cleaned out, a bag of fraudulent credit cards and debit cards was found inside the car, according to the report.

When the suspect went to the Enterprise office to pick up the bag of cards, he was arrested.
