According to the announcement by Enterprise, the car rental company expects its 2016 entry-level hiring to increase 5 percent over last year – to nearly 9,000. In addition, hiring for Enterprise’s Management Internship program is expected to increase from 1,700 last year to 2,000 this year.
At Enterprise, most full-time entry-level employees start in the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Management Training program, which provides hands-on experience and training in a wide range of business skills.
“Building our talent pipeline through both entry-level positions and our internship program is critical to fueling the promote-from-within culture that has served us so well over the years in developing the future leaders of our company,” said Marie Artim, vice president of global talent acquisition at Enterprise Holdings.
