Enterprise Holdings Inc. has announced plans to hire nearly 10,000 college graduates into its Management Training Program and more than 2,000 interns into its Management Internship Program worldwide in 2017.

Each year, Enterprise hires college-educated, career-oriented men and women into its Management Training and Management Internship programs.

Both programs teach employees how to run a business, empower teams, and provide face-to-face customer service, according to Enterprise. The programs include training in a range of business skills, including profit and loss management, business-to-business marketing and sales, and operational logistics.

“Nearly 100% of our senior leadership team, including President and CEO Pam Nicholson and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Chrissy Taylor, started out in our Management Training Program,” said Marie Artim, vice president of talent acquisition for Enterprise Holdings.

Enterprise operates its Management Training Program in the U.S., Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, and the U.K.
