Europcar Group, a provider of vehicle rental services and a player in mobility markets, inaugurated its new mobility flagship station in Brussels.
Designed as an exclusive multimodal platform, the new station reflects Europcar’s ambition to become a global mobility solutions leader, according to the company. It also heralds the upcoming deployment of Europcar’s network throughout its agencies.
The location is equipped with digital kiosks designed to increase proximity with customers. The concept will be rolled-out progressively in the Europcar network.
Within this next-generation agency, the Europcar Group relied on the innovation of its Europcar Lab to design solutions that can meet mobility needs, from rental to carsharing, on a daily basis or occasionally, according to the company.
“With our Brussels flagship, we are confirming our will to provide our customers with a world-class customer experience, both in the customer journey and the range of mobility solutions offered,” said Fabrizio Ruggiero, Europcar Group’s deputy CEO, sales, marketing, customers & InterRent. “Our goal is to deploy on a midterm basis the new station concept in strategic places such as airport, railway stations, or big European cities in order to better answer our customer’s needs.”
