NJ Developer Plans to Lease New Facility to Enterprise

A Newark, N.J., developer plans to build a rental car facility near the College Square Shopping Center to lease to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, according to the Newark Post.

The one story, 2,500-square-foot building has already gained unanimous approval by the city's planning commission. It is awaiting final approval by the Newark city council.

Enterprise says that the location in the Newark Shopping Center will remain open.
