Guyanese Rental Owner Accused of Forging Toyota IDs

A car rental owner in Guyana is accused of forging chassis numbers on three Toyota Premios, according to Stabroek News.

Osafo Yarde, owner of K&O Car Rental, denied allegations that he knowingly rented out vehicles with forged ID numbers. Yarde, who purchases used cars for rentals, contends that he bought the vehicles and signed a contract with a seller.

Yarde was released on bail by a city court.
