Avis filed a lawsuit against a Louisiana man, alleging negligence and breach of contract, according to Louisiana Record.

While driving an Avis rental car in February 2016, the man allegedly rear ended the vehicle in front of him. The lawsuit claims the man has failed to pay Avis for the damages, which total over $10,000 plus interest.

He is also accused of breaching his rental contract.

Avis is seeking payment for the damages, attorney fees, and court costs.
