InspectionNotes, TSD Integrate for Mobile Damage Inspections, Repair Management

Automobile Technologies has integrated InspectionNotes with TSD’s car rental software to seamlessly exchange real-time data for mobile damage inspections, check-in and check-out, and repair management.  

InspectionNotes was developed for rental car agents to perform mobile inspections and condition reports from a tablet, or smartphone. Agents can quickly take pictures, document damage, obtain digital signatures, and collect pertinent vehicle information at unit check-in and check-out. 

Documents can then be printed on-the-spot or emailed as a PDF’s to customers. InspectionNotes also contains common rental car damage inspection templates plus a custom forms builder allowing users to electronically duplicate any paper inspection forms they use. AMT also offers add-on modules for estimating, claims handling, vendor monitoring, and repair tracking to manage the complete claims and repair process.
