Weeks after it was forced to exit the country, Uber has returned to Colombia, the Financial Times reports. The app started working again Thursday after Uber said it made changes to its business model that complied with Colombia's laws.

Now, customers have an extra step when requesting a ride. They must now click and confirm in the app that they agree to enter into a rental contract.

Colombia taxi groups have argued that this step is not enough, and that Uber is unregulated and should be banned, according to the report.
