As the official car rental company of the 1999 St. Croix International Triathlon on May 2, Thrifty Car Rental is offering a free 15-minute MCI international calling card to customers who rent in St. Croix between April 28, 1999 and May 3, 1999. To be eligible advanced reservations are required. This is the second year that Thrifty has sponsored this event.
