ST. LOUIS -- Though Enterprise Rent-A-Car is known primarily for its dominance of the neighborhood car rental market, the company has begun expanding its airport operations.

In recent months, for example, Enterprise has opened operations at or near airports in Spokane, Wash.; Jacksonville, Fla. and Miami. Enterprise now serves 98 of the top 100 airports.

"Our new Miami International Airport location is a direct response to our customers who want the same personalized service and low prices at the airport that we offer at our non-airport locations," said Alex Areces, regional rental manager of Enterprise in the Miami area. "Enterprise is becoming increasingly popular with the large population of people who aren't frequent fliers who feel they aren't being served by the more well-known airport rental car companies."
