Sutton Leasing Acquires Dalco Lease Assets

DETROIT -- Sutton Leasing of Detroit, Mich., has acquired the vehicle lease assets of Dalco Auto Lease Co., a previously wholly owned company of Budget Rent a Car System Inc.

Dalco, with offices in Dayton, Ohio, operates a lease portfolio of cars and trucks to small companies as well as some large corporate accounts. Dick Hagopian, the company’s president and operating manager, will continue in his present capacity.
