NEW YORK -- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said last week it placed all ratings on Hertz Corp., including the 'BBB' corporate credit rating, on CreditWatch with negative implications.
The CreditWatch placement was based on the ratings of Hertz's parent, Ford Motor Co.
