BILLINGS, Mont. -- Bill A. Ecklund, former master distributor for Budget Rent a Car with 28 franchisees in six western states, died Jan. 7. He was 81.

He is survived by his wife Doris, daughter Deborah Rokita and sons William Eklund Jr. and J. Randy Eklund as well as four grandchildren. The family held a private service.
