ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Payless Car Rental System has opened four rental locations servicing Campeche, Chihuahua and Ciudad Juarez, increasing the number of franchises throughout Mexico to 15 rental locations.

Payless is located in the airport terminal at Cancun, San Jose del Cabo, Monterrey, Saltillo, Chihuahua and Ciudad Juarez. Campeche and Merida locations are off-airport properties with shuttle service to the terminal. Other markets include Cabo San Lucas, Playa del Carmen and Queretaro.
