TULSA, Okla. -- Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group has promoted Stan Dombrowski to staff vice president of corporate operations.

Dombrowski will oversee maintenance, warranty and operations information technology while also providing tactical direction to the company's corporate operations. He will also be responsible for preserving and improving programs aimed at meeting quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Dombrowski, a 20-year veteran of the car rental industry, has spent the past 14 years at DTG in positions of increasing responsibility. He has served as controller and regional operations director. He has also managed operations information technology. Most recently, he was the director of maintenance for damage and warranty collections for the company's rental fleet.
