Federal employees on official government business, under the United States Government Truck Rental Agreement, will soon be driving rental trucks provided by Enterprise Rent-A-Truck.

Specializing in providing commercial truck rental services to businesses nationwide, Enterprise Rent-A-Truck recently announced that it has been chosen to provide trucks for federal government officials.

Enterprise also announced that it has been chosen as a preferred vehicle rental supplier to the Government Services Administration (GSA) Fleet, one of the U.S. government’s largest non-tactical federal fleets, as an extension of the GSA’s Rental Supplement Vehicle Program.

Enterprise has had several longstanding business relationships with the U.S. government. In fact, Enterprise says its connections to the military trace back to U.S. Navy fighter pilot Jack Taylor, who founded the company in 1957.

The company was also awarded the 2005 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award for support of its employees in the National Guard and National Reserve.
