The schedule for the 2007 Car Rental Show at the Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas, June 4-5 has been finalized.

The Car Rental Show 2007 will build on the successes of past shows while bringing in innovative changes, unique and informative content and a revised schedule that will allow all attendees to get the most out of their visit.

Unlike year’s past, activities will begin at 1:00 p.m. on June 4, allowing attendees to spend the first half of the day traveling to Las Vegas. Day Two of the conference, June 5, will be a full day, beginning at 9:00 a.m. with the annual awards ceremony and ending at 7:00 p.m. with a networking reception in the exhibit hall.

Both days feature keynote addresses from experts in the industry, including representatives from the American Car Rental Association (ACRA), prominent car rental firms and travel and financial experts that will offer insight and answers from a range of perspectives.

The break-out sessions have been scheduled in blocks of two to reduce having to run back and forth between general sessions and seminars, with two educational tracks available: “Improving Operational Effectiveness” and “The Power of People.” Topics in the first track include risk management, database management, fleet management and vehicle selection. The second track will cover counter sales, customer service, hiring practices and incentive plans.

In addition to the keynote speakers, networking receptions, breakout seminars and roundtable sessions, CRS provides attendees with the opportunity to meet with vendors in the exhibit hall. Representing products and services that address the needs of rental car companies, exhibitors will be able to educate attendees on the latest and greatest technologies available for rental, all in one place.

This year’s conference is sponsored by: Bluebird Auto Rental Systems and Kline Corporation (Lead Sponsors), Nissan, ATC-Onlane, Rent A Toll, Rent Centric, UPTiq and Zurich (Premier Sponsors), and AirIQ, Courtney Leasing Inc., GE Commecial Finance Fleet Services, Knight Insurance Group and Rent A Wreck,(General Sponsors).
